When we began our 11-million dollar renovation, we made a commitment to stay true to the building’s roots. We blended vintage brick and timber along with skyline views and natural light creating one of the most unique spaces we’ve owned. Located in the vibrant River North neighborhood it’s central to some of the most walkable shopping and entertainment spots Chicago has to offer. When we found this building in such a prime location, coupled with it’s exciting backstory we knew we had found something our tenants would love.
